The Future of Global Health
The Oxford Global Health Symposium brings together healthcare professionals, researchers, physicians, nurses, public health leaders, educators, policymakers, scientists, and other professionals from around the world to discuss the health challenges affecting their work, communities, and populations.
Following the tradition of the Oxford Round Table, the Symposium is built around discussion and the exchange of ideas. Participants may present research, clinical or public health initiatives, policy work, case studies, innovative programmes, or professional experience, while others may attend simply to listen, ask questions, and join the conversation. You do not need to present a paper to participate.
The programme explores a broad range of current and emerging issues in global health, including public health and health policy, healthcare delivery, health equity, infectious and chronic disease, mental and behavioral health, medical education, maternal and child health, technology and AI in healthcare, global health security, and new developments in medical research and practice. Bringing together participants from different countries, disciplines, and healthcare systems creates an opportunity to examine how similar challenges are being addressed around the world—and what we can learn from one another.

The immersive experience is designed to extend the conversations and connections of the symposium beyond the meeting room.
