Terms and Conditions of Attendance
 

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the Oxford Round Table Symposiums ("the Conference") organized by Shenette Alexander ("the Organizer").

1.2 By registering for and/or attending the Conference, participants ("Attendees") agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Fees

2.1 Registration for the Conference is required for all Attendees. The registration process and associated fees are outlined on the official Conference website.

2.2 Registration fees are non-refundable except under specific circumstances as outlined in Section 6 (Cancellations and Refunds).

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 The Conference aims to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all Attendees. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

3.2 Attendees must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Conference.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All materials presented at the Conference, including but not limited to presentations, papers, and discussions, remain the intellectual property of the respective authors.

4.2 Recording, copying, or distribution of Conference materials without prior written permission from the authors and the Organizers is prohibited.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 The Organizers are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Attendees. Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purposes of organizing and administering the Conference.

5.2 Attendees may be photographed or recorded during the Conference. By attending, they consent to the use of their images and recordings for promotional or archival purposes by the Organizers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 If the Conference is canceled or rescheduled by the Organizers, registered Attendees will be notified as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded in full.
6.2 If you are unable to attend the Oxford Round Table Symposium and are unable to transfer your registration to another person, you can request a refund via email.
6.3 Cancellations earlier than 60 days prior to the first day of the session will be refunded 80% Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to the first day of the session will be refunded 50% Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the first day of the session will be non-refundable
6.4 The Oxford Round Table Symposium is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, world events, force majeure, etc.

7. Liability

7.1 The Organizers will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by Attendees as a result of their participation in the Conference.

7.2 Attendees are responsible for their own travel and other expenses incurred in connection with the Conference. The Organizers accept no responsibility for any financial losses incurred.
